FEATURES
What Vidscape makes, and what it doesn't.
All of it starts from your game's own art, and all of it opens in layers you can change. Here is each kind of ad side by side, limits included.
| Ad type | What it is | Formats | What stays editable | What it isn't |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Static ad | A still ad built in layers from your game's art. You order a round of 1 to 14, each a different angle. | 1:1 feed or 9:16 story. Exports PNG or a layered PSD. | Every element: the live text, each picture, the button styles and the layout. | A flat picture. It also isn't every network size: other sizes aren't generated yet. |
| Carousel | A set of slides that swipe as one ad, built in layers from your game's art. | Carousel. | Every element on every slide. | Animated. Carousels are always still. |
| Motion-graphic ad | An ad whose layers move. Made with a round, it loops for a few seconds and its first frame is the finished ad. | 1:1 feed or 9:16 story. Exports MP4. | Every layer, after it moves: the headline, the pictures, and each layer's animation and timing. | Footage. Nothing is filmed or generated as video: the ad's own layers move. |
| Scripted ad video | A video of 20, 25 or 30 seconds made from an ad you pick. You edit the script, then each scene gets a generated still with your text and art, animated and cut together. | 9:16 by default. Exports MP4. | The script before it's made. After that, each scene's text, pictures and timing, in a video editor with a timeline. | Generated footage. Scene ads with generated footage and clips from a still aren't available on game projects. |
