EDITABLE ADS
Fix the one thing that's wrong. Keep everything that's right.
Every Vidscape ad opens as separate layers. The headline is live text, the character and background are their own pictures, and the button is a style. Your team changes the part it wants and exports.
- Rewrite a headline in place, in your own font
- Swap a character or background for any picture in your project
- Export PNG, MP4 or a layered PSD for Photoshop
A real Vidscape ad being edited, recorded on an earlier version of the editor. The game is an example, not a customer.
Why a finished picture is the wrong shape for an ad
Most ads need a small fix before they ship. The headline needs another word, the character sits too far left, the button has to match this week's test. With a flat AI picture there's nothing to click on, so every fix means generating again, and the parts you liked rarely survive.
Vidscape builds each ad the way a designer would, in layers, drawn from your game's own art. A review step checks the layout before you see it. Then it opens in an ad editor with a layer list, snapping, live type, effects and animation. You can open one right now without signing up.
What you can change on any ad
The words
Headlines, feature lines and the button label are live text. Type over them, then change the font, size or colour. A font you upload travels with the ad.
The pictures
Character, props, background and logo are separate layers. Replace any of them with another picture from your project, or a file you upload, and everything else stays put.
The layout
Drag, resize and rotate with snapping. Move the character a little to the left, because sometimes that is the whole fix.
The style
Buttons, panels and highlights are styles. Change a colour, a border or a shadow and the rest of the ad doesn't move.
The motion
Set how each layer enters and loops, then change the headline after it moves.
The file
Export PNG or MP4, or a layered PSD with live type and your pictures as Smart Objects, for the artist who finishes in Photoshop.

Can I edit an ad from a one-shot generator?
Only by asking for it again. A generator returns one flattened picture, with the headline, the character and the background in the same pixels. Some tools can split a picture into layers afterwards, and that helps with moving things around. In Vidscape the ad starts as layers, with the copy as live text from the first render.
Will my artists want to work in this?
That's for them to judge, and they can do it before anyone signs up. Open a real ad in the editor: there's a layer list, snapping, live type, effects and animation. It is an ad editor, so it won't replace Photoshop for everything, which is why every ad also exports as a layered PSD.
Can I make controlled variations?
Yes, by hand. Open the ad, change only the hook, export. Change only the character, export. Each file differs by one element, so the test reads. There is no one-click version maker yet.
What stays fixed?
A drawn character is one picture, so a new pose means replacing or redrawing it. A PSD export is the ad's first frame, so animation doesn't carry over. A PSD can't embed fonts, so the export ships the ones we're allowed to send in a zip beside it. Catalogue fonts with a no-rehosting licence you'd install yourself.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
An ad built in layers, delivered with those layers intact. In Vidscape the headline is live text, the character and background are separate pictures, and the button is a style, so each can be changed after the ad is made.
No. Click the part you want to change, then type, drag or pick a colour. A designer gets more out of it, with snapping, effects and per-layer animation.
Every static and animated ad opens in this editor. Scripted ad videos open in a video editor with a timeline.
Yes. Open an ad from the demos page. You can change anything and export a PNG. Nothing is saved.
PNG for still ads, MP4 for animated ads, and a layered PSD for Photoshop. PSD needs an account.
